The Boutique Advisory model rests on focus and a limited number of engagements. That is why there is a defined number of slots and hours contracted with clients.
Clients usually want to start straight away
Because they have just recognised the challenge, or are entering an investment, an important decision or a business event.
If current capacity allows, we start immediately
The engagement begins as soon as the proposal is accepted and the contract signed.
The work is contracted for a defined period
If all the slots are taken, we offer an exact date on which we can begin.
We discuss slot availability with the client
During the first free 30-minute introductory conversation.
